Hi Everybody

As you already know, at FXstreet.com we were having a big fight regarding the name of the meeting event we are organizing in Barcelona for October 2007.

I was supporting the name 1st FX Trading Summit while others were backing up the term Meeting instead of Summit.

We requested your help to decide on this here at this blog and at our forum. There, in the forum, Robbie showed up and freezed us all by saying:

Originally Posted by Robbie:

1st Forex Trading is a catchy name, but why introduce a new one when FXstreet.com has already established credibility in the marketplace. I would have thought that by attaching your name to this prestigious event would only serve to stretch and enhance your brand further. For me, something as simple as “FXstreet International Traders Conference (Barcelona 2007)” would speak volumes. If too much of a mouthful you could always drop “International” if unsuitable, or simply abbreviate “ITC” where appropriate. Based on the doubtless, and unparalleled, long-term success of this event, I’m sure I could envision this future heading…. “Welcome to FXstreet ITC (Mars 2015)”!! Best of luck with this challenge

We realised that Robbie was 100% right so we have decided that our event will be named as he suggested, which is:

FXstreet.com International Traders Conference - Barcelona 2007

and we will refer to it as ITC 2007

I’m really thankful to Robbie for opening our eyes

Thanks Robbie!

Francesc

So, finally WE HAVE A NAME and won’t change it anymore!

Hi Everybody,

As some of you probably know, FXstreet.com is organising a gathering for forex traders with conferences, life trading and so on. This is our first international event and we have serious doubts as how to name it, and that’s why we want you to help us decide:
- My preference goes for 1ST Forex Trading SUMMIT- Barcelona 2007

- Our Advisor goes for 1st Forex Trading SYMPOSIUM – Barcelona 2007

– Our Web director has chosen 1st Forex Trading MEETING –Barcelona 2007
Which of the three options do you like best?

We have placed a poll at our forum. I would love to know your opinion, so please go to:

http://www.fxstreet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=554

and place your vote

We need your help…. I need your help as my preference is loosing :)

Friday March 23rd we will have March’s Forex Education Webinar.

This time our guest speaker is Rob Booker, one of the best FX Educators I know. Rob will talk about: Support and Resistance - Trading Shorter Term from the Longer Term Charts

The event will be due from 14:00 to 16:00 GMT

The monthly webinar is free Only for Fully-paid Premium Members
Now you’ll say: “ok, here we go again!… you must be a Premium Member to attend… What do I do if I’m not a Premium Member and I wish to attend?”

First answer is quite obvious…. Become a member and attend

Second answer is not so obvious… participate in our Special raffle with a smart post in our Forum and you’ll be selected to attend the webinar.

The topic in discussion is what will be the impact of carry trading in the financial markets and the economy?

If you think you have something interesting to say about carry trading, then take the chance and participate!

Go to the Forum and post a message!
