Hi everyone,
We now have all the keynote speeches of our International Traders Conference (ITC) confirmed! In a previous post, I gave here the speeches of Triffany Hammond, Chris Capre and Boris Schlossberg. Here are the other four:
- Todd Gordon: “Strategies of a Professional FX Trader”
In this session, Todd Gordon will explain the 3 dimensions of his professional trading style including 1) Intermarket and Fundamental Analysis, 2) Elliott Wave and Fibonacci Theory, 3) professional trade and account management. He will share with you his exact trading tactics, which include precise entry and exit parameters based on Elliott Wave and Fib, position sizing, and risk management. Most importantly in this opening session, Todd will explain Elliott Wave Principle in a clear, concise, and simple manner. Prepare for a candid look into the daily trading life of a professional foreign exchange trader. A basic knowledge of Elliott Wave Theory is recommended.
- Mike Baghdady: “Understanding Price as a Function of Human Behaviour”
“Human emotion is both the source of opportunity in trading and is also the Greatest Challenge’
Markets are made of individuals, all with hopes, fears and greed. As a trader we are looking for opportunities that arise from these human emotions Winning traders make money by exploiting the consistently irrational behavior patterns of other traders.
Price Behavior works and continues to work because it is based on the market movements that result from the systematic and repeated irrationality that is embedded in every person.
- Rob Booker: “The Vortex Trade”
The Vortex Trade is a method of taking advantage of probable corrections in the market following trending price movement that has wildly exceeded its statistical average. In this presentation Rob will:
* Explain every rule for the trading system in detail,
* Show his live account statements, demonstrating how the method has worked for him,
* Provide a copy of the presentation and rules for each attendee.
Rob Booker is a trader, and author of adventures of a currency trader (Wiley, 2007), and Strategy:10 - downloaded over 500,000 times.
- Cornelius Luca: “Ichimoku Vs. MACD - A Different Approach To Trading”
Busy alpha traders continually seek the next big signal, but only sporadically they experiment with methods other than basic Fibonacci retracement levels, moving averages and trend lines. Those who do might use the “cloud” for another approach to support and resistance levels. It is a good first step toward the Ichimoku Kinkou-Hyo, a comprehensive method. Using the Ichimoku along with the more popular Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), traders will be better prepared to correctly trade trends and identify overbought/oversold phases. Being ahead of the crowd should never hurt your profit!
And the schedule of the conference is already set up! Check it out!
You will see that there is in total 9 hours of live trading! Every year, these sessions are the favorite moments of the attendees and speakers… Groups of maximum 10 attendees will be live trading with a team leader who is one of the guest speakers. These groups are designed to create a direct and very interactive contact among traders and with the experts.
The novelty this year is that we will divide the live trading in more sections and as a result attendees will be with more speakers! We will have 6 sessions of 1h15 / 1h30 of live trading, so attendees will trade next to 6 out of the 7 guest speakers (versus 3 speakers in the last editions of the ITC)!!! We hope everyone will enjoy this change!
