Expected moves during week end

Posted on September 12, 2008 at 5:13 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

EURO and GBP made the drop to break the psychological lower levels and then firmed up during US session as expected yesterday.Other majors are expected to make a small rise towards close of Japanese session and then drop quickly up to low or cut the low in some pairs and then recover slowly from mid European session.Similarly  a dip during US session start and firm closing expected for week end.

There are the expectations only and may be used as reference in your market analysis and donot over commit that may lead to risk of equity.

Dr. S. Sivaraman, Good morning. Yesterday, you were right : “EURO and GBP are expected to cut the lower psychological levels during late European sesssion cutting the present lows and then slowly firm up during US session.Tomorrow wild moves are expected for week end.”

Please be more specific about the “wild moves” of today. Will EURUSD (& EURJPY) trade down this morning during european session and firming again during US ? Please give it your best shot. What will the trading range for today be and when do you think the bottom will be touched; during which sesion ?Tks/Rgds, Real.

Dr. S. Sivaraman, Is this the rise towards end of Jap Session witnessed now ? Do you still expect a sudden drop and even cut of lows to follow shortly (referring to EURUSD & EURJPY) ? Tks/Rgds, Real

    HI Doc,

what do you mean when by TENDING?

    Dear Real
Wild means very quick up and down moves.
it appears now to me that the downward stop hunt move is almost over and there could be more upward stop hunts.I will watch till mid European aession and probably explain what could happen for rest of the day.
