Mid week -swing and firming up moves expected

Posted on September 17, 2008 at 6:22 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

EURO and GBP firmed up after FOMC interest rate decisions. They are expected to swing during late Japanese session and firm up during Early European session, swing and rise during Late European session and US session.Every time they will make one quick dip and then rise and cut the high to handle trailing stops of the buyers during dip and encourage technical sells from trader during rise.

Qucik rises are expected either from tomorrow or Friday.

Regards

Dr.Sivaraman.

    Dear Sean
Yes I have noticed and also mentioned in the post that they want to discourage the buyers and hit stops and then rise and hit upward the stops of the sellers and then drop. This way they become the buyers first and book profit when the stops are filled for the sellers,Then their avearge buy becomes lower than market .This they do before big rise,so that in the event of any unforeseen drop in the market they can exit unhurt.
