Bailout story or other data?

Posted on October 1, 2008 at 14:47 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

EURO and GBP corrected  after a brief firming up move during close of European session. Now negative US data release did not affect the market sentiment as the prime focus appears to be on the bailout story. But the players are buying by making induced drops.

My reading may appear wrong but it will be known in this week why they dropped the market .

How will the bailout story (part 2) affect the USD?

  2. on 01 Oct 2008 at 4:51 pm2Dr. S. Sivaraman

    Dear Mike
There might be volatile moves before that and later they will simply say either diluted or already built in the pricing and then make their own moves from tomorrow.
Regards.Normally during such time they trap lot of traders

hi doc, it looks like the players have pushed the USD higher after brief corrections to close the “buy” positions of traders at their stop-losses. But now it looks like they’ve run out of momentum and will hold the EURUSD at its current level of $1.40 until we get some GOOD news about the bailout and then they will move in opposite direction of market expectations to EURUSD $1.44 or $1.45 so they trap the traders who opened “sell” positions - do you agree with this?

but they seem to have run out of momentum. I think they’ve got the USD in a holding pattern now to give uncertainty to traders think that the USD will go higher

doc, please ignore the sentence at the end of my last comment ..

“but they seem to have run out of momentum. I think they’ve got the USD in a holding pattern now to give uncertainty to traders think that the USD will go higher”

.. i should have deleted it.

    Dear Dr. Sivaraman,

I’ve been following your forecasts with good results, thank you for sharing your experience with us.
Can you explain who are the players that you often refer?

    Regards,

    Dear Eurovestor
If we use the forecast and the trading strategy to limit the risk and maximize the profit, we will be able to trade and earn consistantly.Mainly emotional traders allow the loss to growm and book profit quickly and get confused and try to blame others for their trading decisions.
The views may differ and every day there will be buy and sell and sell and buy trading opportunities and traders need not feel bullish or bearish for that.
The players are high net worth Individuals who have very good net work and connections and also pooled money power.
    Regards
    Dr.Sivaraman
