European session expected moves

Posted on October 22, 2008 at 9:32 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

After quick downward move EURO and GBP made the last drop and a quick recovery during late Japanese session and further recovery during early European session. They are expected to recover 50% of the drop from the high or yesterday close ( see net change in live market quote pages -http://www.i-knowindices.com/saxo_bank.htm ) and gain to the area of 1.2967 in Euro and 1.6534 in GBP with 20-50 pips variation from the estimated level and then expected to slide during late European session  and early US session for the day.

Still trading has to be done cautiously during extreme volatile conditions of the market.
