Expected moves for today

Posted on October 28, 2008 at 6:40 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

EURO and GBP again made rhe initial drop during Japanese session and in the name of intervention and other stories they are making quick rise before close of the session. They are expected to make swing and firming up moves for a day.Still the players could make surprise moves.Watch carefully and trade with in the session, because they are expected to make wild moves during session change.

    Dear Doc,

What do you think of the Futures Numbers? they have been pointing down very strongly and it has been correct, So to trap the traders they are going in the big commercials direction , so really who are they trapping? sure everyone get trapped no one is perfect , but if the big players are ready have bets in right direction how can they move the market with the little players? who bet with a dealing desk that take their side of the trade anyway?

    Dear Sean
yes they made the huge drops in all majors except YEN.To trap any one first, the benefits are to be given first and once the trust is built they can easily trap. They are known to trap either way the emotional traders to earn their money. On the higher side they made buy and sell trades very easy and dropped. Now other way trap move is expected. They create the market sentiments and act against the traders unassumingly every time.Even big financial institutions could become victim to that like subprime etc.
We will recollect after about 3-4 months what is happening now - then the understanding will become clear about the market moves.
    Regards
