week beginning volatile moves

Posted on July 20, 2009 at 4:20 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

Euro and GBP opened with upward gap opening  when compared to Friday close.

They are expected to make initial rise  and slide during japanese session. Then a quick drop and rise expected during European session a volatile move to cut the initial low and then high set for the day.During US session they are expected to again slide during early US session and then firm up towards close.

The week beginning false move could be in the form of pump and dump of the holdings of the players  to start with and later dump and pump moves are expected to induce traders to short and rise unassumingly.

any rule about closing out trades before or during gap time. If your ina trade that hasn’t made much yet. Or if in one that is showing nice profit.
I understand the players may not have made thier move yet either

Is it OK to take the hedge off if it hit during gap time and has 15 or 20 pips of profit in it?

    Hi Dr

As we have seen a very strong rise in Eur & gbp in the early European session will we see a drop for late session and US session. Many thanks.

Normally if we follow the hat-trick rule if we also have rise in European session we should see drop in us session (Japanese and European session rise). Is this right dr.?

    Dear Ric
What appears in the market is not true. The players make the market appear bullish or bearish and reverse after the traders make distress trades.
