Expected moves for week end when NFP data is in focus

Posted on September 4, 2009 at 3:12 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

EURO and GBP made the rise yesterday during European session and made the drop for ECB event. They were expected to recover from mid US session but were holding near low as the players were buying against their selling in thin volume condition.

EURO and GBP opened flat during Japanes session and made the dip during mid session. They are expected to firm up towards close of Japanese session and rise quickly during European session gaining the lost levels.During NFP data release time they are expected to make a nominal dip and  then rise quickly towards close of European session and then rise quickly with jumps for week end during US session.

I will explain the expected moves during Today (04 Sep) Asian session: Live market analysis webinar between 05:00-05:30 GMT

the link to register and attend the webinar is given below:

Heard so many rises for so many times, hope you are right Dr.

My GBP long position is still at 1.65+, if GBP can reach the maximum permissable level today, I will break even.

Good lock to me and you!

    Hi Everyone,
As a new member i just want to introduce myself and greet the great Doctor including those that are contributing to make this forum one of the best so far. In a place like this one is bound to meet with those who are good at arguing maybe arguing to know better, that doesn’t mean he or she is insulting only making things working in a rightful direction for the rest of the novice trader. I can see that the level of the members are decreasing on daily basis due to one reason or the other, please we want everybody back especially those who are contributing along side with doctor, even though doctor is so busy that could not able to answer all the question yet those active contributors can as well keep on assisting. This is my little advice and thanks all.

    Hi Dr

During the webinar this morning you recommended buying eur and gbp for close either today or Mon JS and sell for drop Mon US session- later in the webinar I think you said eur and gbp would rise until mid week and drop Thur. I would be grateful if you could clarify - you speak so fast I don’t always catch everything.
