Posted on October 5, 2009 at 6:55 in Market comment, Market forecast, Operators' intentions by Dr. S. Sivaraman

EURO and GBP made the slide towards close of US session on Friday. They opened high and made upward stop hunt now as expected during the Asian session webinar time. They are expected to make slide and drop during early European session to firm up again towards close of European session. Then swing and slide during US session as week beginning false move. They are expected to make volatile moves till mid week.

    Good day Dr.Sivaraman,

is it safe to buy EURUSD after the drop we expect for today?
What levels we could see as a low before rising again?

    Regards,

Dear doctor, you mentioned that last Friday, if gdp moves down today it is a false move. It is that still correct?

    Thank you,

    Dear All
EURO could come below low and when the new low is not cut for more than 30 min to 2hrs during US session that could be the low to buy.Similarly in GBP.
The levels are determined by the long liquidation of some taken long positions after rise.it appears now that the players have trapped equal amount of higher level long holders and lower level shorts are trapped. So the stop hunt moves could be quick and they could set the new high or low for today during US session.
    Regards
    Dr.Sivaraman

    Dear Dr. Sivaraman,

EUR and GBP did not reached Friday’s lows today.
Do you think they will rise from here and then drop again towards those lows after mid week?

    Dr:
Can you briefly explain who the “players” are, and what effect they can have on world currency markets?

I am not new to Forex trading, but have never heard it explained in your terms before.

Thank you for your wise guidance…it is very helpful for me.

    Respectfully,

    Masood
